Jennifer Still has been an attorney at the Hinshaw Law Firm since 1993.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Still clerked for The Honorable William A. Ingram, U.S. District Court Judge, Northern District of California.  After her one-year clerkship, she was employed for two years as a Deputy County Counsel at the County Counsel’s office for the County of Santa Clara.  She was assigned to the Juvenile Dependency Unit where she represented the Department of Social Services at hearings and in court trials.  

Since joining the firm, Ms. Still has assisted health care providers defend allegations of medical malpractice, elder/dependent adult abuse, statutory violations, intentional torts and violations of civil rights in both State and Federal Courts.  She has substantial experience in civil litigation and administrative law.

Ms. Still was born in San Francisco in 1961.  She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from U.C.L.A. in 1984.  She received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1988.  She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California as well as the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  She is a member of the State Bar of California.

Jennifer and her husband Tom live in Menlo Park.  They have two children in college on the East Coast.  Jennifer enjoys making jewelry, swimming and yoga.
